Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order for store credit or exchange only. Returns are not accepted after 30 days from receipt of order.
To be eligible for a credit or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a credit or exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your credit or exchange is accepted, we’ll email instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a credit or exchange will not be accepted. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure that items are securely packed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it ASAP. Please take photos of the items and packaging as soon as the items are received and include them in your email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All vintage items are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.
For all orders that are returned due to an incorrect address, you will be charged a fee of $20 for repacking and postage. We are not responsible for wrong address inputs or an order not being picked up at the address provided.
All sale items are final sale.
