Shipping Policy

Packing and shipping for all orders are fulfilled in house by Kiki Wonder, typically within 3 days of an order being placed.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been received, and a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been processed. Please check this confirmation email and contact us immediately if there are errors or changes that need to be made. For all orders that are returned due to an incorrect address, you will be charged a fee of $20 for repacking and postage. We are not responsible for wrong address inputs or an order not being picked up at the address provided.

We use UPS Standard Shipping, unless special conditions require another provider.

Shipping within the contiguous US: $7.95

For a limited time - shipping over $100 is free within the US.

For international customers, the shipping rate calculated at checkout via DHL includes all duties, taxes, and other fees. Please allow appropriate transit time.
