Shipping policy

 

Packing and shipping for all orders are fulfilled in house by Kiki Wonder.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been received, and a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been processed. Please check this confirmation email and contact us immediately if there are errors or changes that need to be made. For all domestic orders that are returned due to an incorrect address, you will be charged a fee of $20 for repacking and postage. We are not responsible for wrong address inputs, an order not being picked up at the address provided, or failed delivery attempts due to the recipient not being home / available.

We typically use UPS Standard Shipping, unless special conditions require another provider.

For international customers, the shipping rate is calculated at checkout. Please allow appropriate transit time. Kiki Wonder covers transportation and shipping costs, but the customer must pay any additional duties and taxes that arise from your given country's policies. These fees may be due to the carrier when you receive the package. For any international orders that are returned by the provider due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or any other reason - you will be charged a fee of $20 for repacking and restocking, plus all international shipping and fees that are required to receive the package back to America. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable.
